Co-Founder and President

Justin Milrad is the Co-Founder and President of Trade Talks USA. A passionate and engaged businessman, Justin spends his time working between the private and public sector focusing on opportunities that job stability and mental wellness.

His professional endeavors have ranged from the CEO of The Berman Center (a mental health and substance abuse intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program), Founder and Board President of the Blue Dove Foundation, overseeing a high-net-worth family office, Vice President of Retail for Alternative Apparel, consulting on various projects for The Marcus Foundation, and running Tikkun Olam Ventures, LLC – a “Do Good” company creating products that provide solutions to everyday problems.

Justin is also the Founder of “Moments in Time", a video project capturing and sharing a collection of insights across three generations of Jews in Atlanta. In 2014 Justin developed and launched a smart-phone App called Allergy Assist to assist parents with communicating critical information about their child’s severe food allergies to help educate, prevent, spot, and treat a potential food allergy reaction.

Driven by his passion for the Jewish community, the State of Israel, and his insomnia, Justin serves on numerous boards, including The American Jewish Committee, The Atlanta Jewish Foundation, Atlanta Frank Mission, The William Breman Foundation (Finance Chair), and serves in the role of President for the Blue Dove Foundation and Trade Talks. He is also involved in the National Young Leadership Program at Jewish Federation and is currently enrolled in the Wexner Heritage Institute, a program developing Jewish leaders across North America.

A native of Toronto Canada, Justin graduated from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory with a master’s degree in business.
