Jonathan Dubovsky

Jonathan Dubovsky is an experienced senior business leader with a 25 year history of successfully managing business units across a broad range of industries. His experience encompasses the full business lifecycle including strategy creation, process development and enhancement, recruiting, people management, business development, technology enablement, and full P&L oversight. 

Currently, Jonathan is a Managing Director at The Ardent Companies with a focus on creating value across Ardent’s existing retail platform, underwriting and acquiring of retail assets, and integrating retail into development or redevelopment projects. 

He holds a Masters in Informational Technology  from American Intercontinental University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia.

Mary Beth Byerly

Mary Beth Byerly has worked in the Georgia college sector for over 22 years, holding key leadership positions at Gwinnett Technical College, Technical College System of Georgia, and University of North Georgia. Her work has provided her with substantial experience in grant administration, relationship management, volunteer management, financial oversight, and operational and strategic planning.

Mary Beth is currently the Development Officer for University of North Georgia’s College of Health Sciences/Professions and College of Education. She holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Georgia State University.

Jennifer Metzger

Jennifer Metzger is a highly successful real estate professional based in Atlanta, Georgia. She combines her expertise as a renovator/builder and REALTOR® to provide her clients with a unique and unparalleled experience in the real estate market. Jen is an owner of Broad Builders, a local residential construction company, and is also a top performer at Atlanta Fine Home Sotheby’s International Realty. With her vast knowledge and experience in the industry, she has helped many clients buy and sell properties with ease. Jen also starred as part of the home expert team on the Bravo series Buying it Blind. The show featured couples at a purchasing breaking point. With their life savings on the line, these couples are willing to surrender total financial and creative control to a team of experts.

Irish Horsey

Dr. Irish Horsey is a Georgia native who has worked as an award-winning construction professional for nearly 20 years in the AEC industry and academia. She is an effective senior administrator and program director passionate about the construction industry and construction education. Currently, Dr. Horsey is the Director of Industry Advancement for Procore Technologies, where she provides management and oversight of a team of Social Impact Specialists for Procore.org, expanding Procore.org’s reach by advancing the construction industry through technology, education, and advocacy programs. Dr. Horsey also teaches in the Department of Construction Management at Kennesaw State University (KSU) where she was the founder and advisor of the Kennesaw Women in Construction (KWIC) organization.

Dr. Horsey received her Ph.D. in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Justin Milrad

Board President

Justin Milrad is the co-founder and president of Trade Talks as well as the co-founder of Vessel Wellness and The Blue Dove Foundation. Across his organizations, Milard utilizes a holistic view of people, processes, technology, and data to problem-solve, formulate action plans, and execute a clear vision. He is driven by his passion for the Jewish community, is on several Jewish non-profit boards and is involved in the National Young Leadership Program at Jewish Federation.
